Fascinating! This was my first reaction after viewing the results of my digital competency wheel. I often use the "glow and grow" assessment strategy and will refer to it as I reflect on my results. I am "glowing" in the area of communication (89%) and have some "growing" to do in the area of production (78%). Although the "production" scores surprised me, I am eager to improve my skills. After attending the Coding and Creativity camp this summer, I realized that I have a lot to learn!
